We build custom homes-traditional or contemporary while giving customers the choice using your own plans our designers. We have built more than 250 homes and can do many major renovations and large-scale makeovers.
Remodeling is also one of our areas of expertise. We do all kinds of renovations in all rooms including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, basements, and second floors.
Additions, new rooms, dormers, second floors, decks, screen porches and full foundations are completed each year by Cape Associates. We also build non-residential buildings and churches. We have worked on several Cape churches over the years; our most recent and one of our biggest projects to date being the major renovation to the Church of the Holy Spirit in South Orleans. We also recently completed Seamen’s Bank in Eastham and are currently working on the Herring Cove Condominiums in Provincetown.
